The boss, Mr. Alan Chua has lots of innovations and creative imagination of the food. He used five types of cereal, apples, pears and other fruits as well as Pearl barley to build his own emperor of steamboat with porridge to replace the ordinary soup base. This creative idea had become a hot topic of the Malaysian and this creative idea even spread to overseas.
